Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. While we try our best to get orders out in a timely fashion, delivery times can vary depending on your location. Standard shipping can take between 2-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation email from our customer service department with your order details, followed by an email from our assigned carrier containing your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Can I cancel my order?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped within the same day that it is placed. There is therefore no way to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please order carefully.
How much is shipping?
Canada Post Expedited shipping is free within Canada if your order is over $49 before tax. Shipping rates for orders under $49 and for orders being sent outside of Canada are determined at checkout and based on standard shipping fees.
How do you ship?
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator and Canpar. Keep in mind that Purolator does not ship to PO boxes. Any address containing a PO box will be shipped through Canada Post. You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email from our carrier the day your order is shipped. We do not ship on weekends. Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours if in stock. In some cases, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
Unfortunately, due to rising international shipping costs, we can no longer ship outside of Canada and the USA.
